Return and refund policy

Saint by St. Clair takes pride in making our custom pillows and curtains and dedicate ourselves to giving our clients quality products. Each order is custom made and handled with care.  If there is a malfunction in hardware or fabric upon delivery you will have ten calendar days from delivery date to return items to be fixed or replaced (replacement will be the same item purchased). All of our products are final sale, no refunds or exchanges. Please return all items in its original packaging. shipping and delivery

Saint pillows and curtains are made to order. Please allow one to two weeks from purchase date for item(s) to be processed and shipped. To request bulk orders, send our design team an email with your request to saintbyst.clair@creativereflectionsdesign.com.

If you request expressed processing and shipping other than the time frame listed, please contact us immediately for availability. Extra fees will apply. Once your order is processed and ready to ship, you will receive an email confirmation where you can track your order.
